What to send us
The address of your website, and a sentence about what you sell. If it looks like a fit, we'll reply with what we would test first. If it isn't, we'll say so.
If you are already a client and something needs fixing or changing, write to the same address and say what it is. You can also cancel through it — one line is enough.
We work by email
We have no phone number and there is no contact form on this site. That is deliberate: everything happens in writing, so there is a record of what was asked and what was agreed.
We reply to genuine enquiries by email. Replies are written and sent by a person — there is no automatic responder on this address.
If you would rather we didn't contact you
Say so in one line and we won't — permanently. You do not have to give a reason. Our privacy page says what we hold and how to have it corrected or removed.

Where we are today
Liftline is a new business. We have no clients yet, and we are taking on our first ones.
We are still confirming the company details that would normally appear here (registered name and registration number). Until they are published, ask us by email and we will give you the current details in writing. Our subscription terms have not yet been reviewed by a South African attorney.
