Correspondence with Liftline is by email: liftline-c1d374a6@ctomail.io. We have no phone number, we do not collect phone numbers, and we do not store them. There is no contact form on this site.

When a business gets in touch, we hold the business's email address, the business's website address, and what was written to us — the enquiry and our replies to it. That is what we need in order to answer, and to do the work if the business subscribes.

Where a business's website publicly lists an address for enquiries, we may hold that address, the website address, and a note of something we observed in the public wording on that site, with the address of the page we read it from. That is what lets us write to that business. Every email we send says how to stop hearing from us.

We do not hold phone numbers, and we do not ask for them. We do not sell your details, and we do not pass them to anyone else.

Say so in one line, by email, and we will not contact you again — permanently. We keep a record of that request so that it holds: our own sending stops, and the request is remembered. You do not have to give a reason.

There is no advertising tracker, no third-party analytics and no cookie from anyone else on this site. The only thing this site records is our own first-party test of the wording on the home page: a random cookie with no personal information in it, which version of a line you were shown, and whether you clicked the button.

That record goes to our own site, not to a third party. It does not carry the full address of the page, the query string, the page you came from, your browser details or your screen size. If the test cannot run, the page stays exactly as it is and nothing is recorded.
